Yeah, it's hard to get momentum going when no one comments because they're not reading because no one posts because no one comments. I go in fits and spurts, most of it photo driven and spend the rest of my time on Twitter.
(I have a twitter account, which I never use. Because I don't like twitter either. Nonetheless, I have one because I was told one had to have one to get a geek job in the Detroit area. Of course, I didn't get one, and now I don't live in Detroit anymore....)
I read, eventually. I just get several days behind, is all. *g.*
I hate Failbook about as much as you do. That's why I left, although it deeply cut into my online social circle, including most of the people I met through LJ.
If you find a good place, lemee know, eh? I'm getting to dammed isolated, here. I need the social interaction, as well. (Having said that, I also need to find some RL interaction, also.)
